The Akron Public Art Commission must review and approve all requests for the use of public land or public funding prior to the implementation of all public art projects.

By transforming traffic light control boxes at major intersections into vibrant pieces of public art, we aim to create a truly unique and captivating streetscape for visitors and locals alike.
